1. 绿卡迟迟没批，去其他国家开会（不是中国），用Advance Parole (AP)回美国是否会有问题？

-No problem.

当初申请的时候只说回中国探亲。

2. AP Expiration date离入境时间小于15天，会被拒绝入境吗？

-It will be fine as long as you return to US before the AP expires.
