打算换工作。现在学校工作5月底结束。新学校8月底开始。中间间隔3个月。目前已经申请绿卡 （eb1b），收到EAD卡，485还在pending。5月中旬就到了485 pending 180天了。想请教8老师我的这种情况应该如何减少因工作变动对485的影响呢？具体为（1）如果485迟迟不批，我应当要求新学校何时递交我的H1b申请呢 ?

-Yes. You need to ask your new school to file the H-1 transfer before your current job ends unless you will use EAD to work.

是不是应该拖到485pending 180天之后？

（2）我应何时告诉移民局更改地址呢？谢谢8老师

-You need to file AR-11 to update both your resident address and I-485 address within 10 days after you move.
