想咨询一个身份转换的问题。我目前在H1 转F1 的等候中，已经等了七八个月了，还在pending. 我已经开始在学校读书。
我先生目前在美国TN身份，最近公司想给他申请H1，我的问题是我能否现在一起申请H4?
-Because you don't have a legal status currently, you can not get the H-4 within US at this point.
还是要等我的F1 通过了才能再转H4?
-Yes, or you can go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back after your spouse get the valid H-1 status (e.g. after Oct. 1 if he had no H-1 status before).
