尊敬的8老师，给父母递交I-130，考古了一上午，还有几个问题。

1）父母在国内，现在是不是只需要交1-130及支持材料？

-Right.

2）有的帖子提到交G325,那个是那一步交呢？

-Not need this form for your parents because they don't file I-485 within US.

3）关于地址，以C3为例，state/country，是state和country都要写呢，

还是可以只写country （China）。如果都写，写不开呀。

-Just put "China". There is not "State" in China.

4）第C22, 是只有父母在美国，才填吗？

 

不在美国的，需要填：“If your relative is not eligible for adjustment fo status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:"

Guanzhou, China

-Correct.

5)如果只交i-130，也是有一个cover letter比较好，是吗？

-It is optional.

6）国内办的公证材料，复印件都是4张一个公证，需要用订书机订一下，

 

还是用曲别针？

-Yes. It will be convenient for the IO to scan the document.
