请问8老师, 获得H1B后, 再读fulltime MBA, 是否算自动放弃H1B?

-If you don't work for the H-1B sponsor, then the H-1B status is void and the employer will ask USCIS to withdraw the H-1B.

MBA毕业后, 还需要从头开始抽签才能够再申请H1B吗？

-Depends on whether you have worked as H-1B holder for the employer before you go to study. If yes (even if you just work for a few weeks), then you do not need to 从头开始抽签.
