-是的. 叫国内当地派出所出个证明, 证明到你妈离开中国为止她在中国没有犯罪记录，然后去公证处作个公证。

（2）该去哪个法院和警局办？是市，县还是州的？

（3）把材料交给移民局后，还要大约等多久？
