我妈妈绿卡面试后，移民官说她指纹没过，给了一个表，让补两个文件：
(1) For any and all arrests of the applicant within the United States and abrooad at any time, the applicant must submit a certified copy of his/her arrest record from the police department in each jurisdiction. The applicant must also submit an arrest record for every alias under which he/she has been arrested. If no records are found or are not avaialbe, then submit a notice from each department. Please submit a police clearance record from every jurisdiction in which you have lived for 6 months or more since your 14th birthday.
(2) For any and all convictions of the applicant whithin the United States and abroad at any time, the applicant must submit the original of the following Court records (a)disposition, (b)indictment (felony) and/or information (misdemeanor); (3)judgment and sentence. The applicant must also submit these court records for every alias under which he/she has been convicted. If no court records are found, then submit a notice from the felony and misdemeanor divisions of each court. Additionally, submit any order discharing/terminating applicant from probation/community supervision.

（1）我妈妈已在美国待了一年以上，还要在中国办无犯罪公正吗？
（2）该去哪个法院和警局办？是市，县还是州的？
（3）把材料交给移民局后，还要大约等多久？
