1) 给父亲填写的i-485因为他的英语不好。i-485上有interpreter 和preparer 签字。是否应该填我的名字？
-You just need to fill out the Interpreter part and sign it and leave the Preparer part blank because both are you only.
如果不填担心万一有面试，移民官会有疑问。
2）同样原因代填了I-131表。可是这个表的说明上却写着representative必须填写g－28表。但g-28明确写着只有律师和法律人员才可以用g28。
-It does not mean only the attorney can prepare this form. It just means if you a lawyer, then you need to provide G-28.
难道子女不可以代填i-131?
