在帮持有绿卡的母亲填表，帮国内的妹妹file I-130 亲属移民peition. 因为妹妹目前离婚，看了130 instruction， 需要的证明材料只有两样：

1. 绿卡证明妈妈是有lawful permanent residence

2. 妹妹的出生公证证明他们的母女关系。

 

并未说明要任何证明成年子女婚姻是未婚或离婚的证明。 是不是130表格上填了是divorced就可以，不用交离婚书复印件呢？
