1）三月底用两年的回美证回美，通关会有麻烦吗？

-It should be fine. Show the renetry permit and the green card to the Chinese Customs officer and Airlines when leaving China, and to the US Customs officer when entering US. Probably the US Customs Officer may take some time to verify her permanent resident status due to her expired green card, and thus delay her entry a little.

2）绿卡延期还是要重办？ 自己办就可以了？

-She just needs to file I-90 to renew her green card after she returns to US.
