再次请教尊敬的8老师，昨天按照您的指教打开连接后，发现的确如您所说，可能没有交纳USCIS Immigrant Visa Fee。但是，为什么她入境时移民官收到总领馆密封邮包后，移民官没有告知交纳USCIS immigrant fee，

-The information about immigtant fee should be indicated in the immigrant visa approval materials. She should have found it if she checked/read the documents carefully.

也没有告知那个A No. 和 DOS No.。

-USCIS may take time to review her materials. But she should have read the approval documents carefully and it is her responsibilty to pay the fee.
