我侄女药学院毕业做了一年住院医，把OPT给用了，没有身份很难找到工作，我朋友有个咨询公司是医院管理方面的，能不能让他们雇我侄女办绿卡呀，多谢多谢各位大侠!

-Depends on whether the position needs her major (药学) background. Talk to a lawyer. She may ask the employer to sponsor her H-1B visa first because it seems impossible for her to file I-485 and get the EAD to work in a short period of time.
