我是拿到绿卡后直接给我丈夫递的I-824，但现在I-824批准的通知有问题，有人说我应该先递I-130，是这样的吗？我程序不对吗？

-You had better visit the local USCIS Office to see what happened and ask them how to fix it. Are you sure you completed the I-824 correctly (i.e. choose "1.c. of Part 2)?

No I-130 is needed if you married your spouse before you got your green card.
