我是在美国境内由F2转的H4,已收到了I-797A表，最近想回国一次。有几个问题不是很清楚，想请教一下8老师。

请问：

1. I-797A表上的I94需要在出境的时候交吗？

-Yes.

如果要交，请问具体交给谁?是在航空公司CHECK-IN的时候交，还是交给专门的移民官？

-Submit it to the Ailrines when you leave US territory (i.e. the last stop of the airport within US when you traverl to China from your home).

2.我老公从2010年底至今未回过国，他的身份在2015年十月由F1转成了H1B，而且这次也不和我一同回国，请问这对我的面签有影响吗？

-Not at all. But you need to bring all of the required documents for H-4 visa applicaiton with you such as your spouse's H-1 approval notice, your marriage certificate, your spouse's check stubs and copy of the tax returns and W-2 since your spouse became the H-1 holder..
