我是姐妹F4移民，现在排期还没到，估计明年下半年排期到。现在我有个问题想请教：如果妹妹的老公因家中老人年事已高，需要照顾，不能马上移民美国，估计还要数年之后，想请教8老师，可以排期到后，只申请妹妹和她女儿吗？

另外，过些年后如果妹夫家里的事情结束了，如果想再申请绿卡，通过妹妹或者女儿吧，移民官会不会不批准呢？
