谢谢8老师，这真是一个好消息。不过你说的这个4年零一天是根据什么得出来的呢？我看了USCIS上的要求是

5 years as a Permanent Resident without leaving the United States for trips of 6 months or longer. 根据这个我确实是要9/12/2017年才符合条件，但是我可以提前90天提出申请，那样也是2017年6月才能寄啊。
