才发现父母有结婚纸, 没办结婚公证.  可以给他们在美国办公证吗?

-You may ask a friend of yours to translate it into English and your friend needs to go to a Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize his/her signature on the translation, and your friend also needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well, and the translattion is accurate. Then, provide the copy of the original 结婚纸(in Chinese), and the translation for I-130 filing for your father.
