Thank you guys for your information. Our F1/F2 is still pending. Can we file I-140? Will it affect F? I appreciate this idea. But I should get the permission from my boss. It might take some time, like applying for LC, obtaining evidence though very little. Can I go head and apply for I-140 with very little evidence and wait for letters to ask me for further supplementary documents? Great thanks again!
