有没有其它途经不出境 如上诉H4 转F1的结果. 请求重新审理。在美国国内提出。谢谢八老师帮助。

-Why don't you jsut go to China to get the F-1 visa? It is very reasonable for H-4 holder to get the F-1 visa.
