尊敬的8老师我父毋去年拿到绿卡，现在不想半年来回跑，所以我想帮他们申请回美证．他们的飞机票是四月份回国，我想问一下如果现在申请是否晚了，我看到reentry 可以到国内使馆拿到不知可以不可以还有如果申请多长时间可以拿到回美证。谢谢。
