我的中国护照过期好久了都没有去换（95年入美后一直没换），现在也没有任何美国证件。这样子的话，该怎样换发我的新中国护照？是直接可以去中领馆旧换新还是需要美国证件？（网络上说好象需要点后者的）

-Check the Chinese Consulate website or contact them. You need to provide your Chinese passport.
