侄女，我哥哥的女儿， 现在14岁半，我如果给她现在和爷爷一起办免面谈， 应该可以吧？她还有4个月15岁，担心被拒。

-No. The child is not qualified for 免面谈 because she is > 14 years old (passed her 14th birthdate).

-Your father had better not need to use 免面谈, and just goes together with your niece for the visa application interview.
