教老师我去年6月底递了绿卡renew申请，7月打了指纹，查了网上case status 只显示：Biometrics appointment was scheduled, 这正常吗，是不是显示指纹收到或in background checking.

同样后来11月递了N400申请，12月打了指纹，网上case status 只显示case received,

-It is normal. USCIS sometimes does not update the online checking status of  some cases in time.
