入籍申请表格N-400填写Part 9, Question 4 问题求教8老师

尊敬的8老师:

Still have one more question to consult with you on filling N-400 form.

Part 9, Question 4. "If you are married now, provide the following ifnomration about your current spouse"

A. "Legal name of current spouse": I type in with my wife's name, say "May Lu"

B. "Previous legal name of current spouse", as my wife didn't change her name after getting married, her pervious legal name is the same as current legal name, which is still May Lu, question now is:　should I 1) leave this item blank or 2) write "N/A" or 3) still need to type in "May Lu"?
