8老师，你好，

我哥哥是公民，我和我先生绿卡，现在想申请父亲定居。我哥哥做点小生意，2014处于转型寻找新机会，没有收入。2015 有足够收入作担保. 有房子未付完mortgage。我和先生是普通工薪族. 看了几个介绍，申请时需要提供2-3 年Tax Return ，那么像我哥哥这样的收入情况，对申请不利吗？

-No problem as long as he has enough income.

有什么补救方法？

-You or your spouse can be the joint sponsor if your brother has no enough income.
