i submitted every supporting documents to nvc last July, after a long time waiting, there is no updates on my case. The customer service at nvc stated it has been submitted to the supervisor, but no updates either. The customer service suggested me to submit everything again. What shall I do? It is really frustrating.

-Wait and contact NVC for the case process status from time to time.
