我请教的问题是，1.我有I-140，再更新我的TN签证会得到批准吗？

-Yes, normally.

                           2. 如果可以，我是自己申请还是请律师帮我申请更好？-You can prepare the documents by yourself and ask the employer to sign it if the employer agrees you to do that.
