本人F1，我母亲今年会拿到绿卡，如果立刻为我申请F2B绿卡，请问如果我没有其他工作许可，是否一直要等拿到绿卡才能开始工作？

-You have to have a legal non-immigrant status (H-1, F-1, etc.) until the priority date to be current to file I-485 (several years later).

F2B有相应EAD一说吗？

-No.  You apply for F-1 OPT EAD when you graduate, or apply for EAD when you file I-485 a few years later.
