我在国内通过民政局收养了姐姐的女儿。一切资料都符合国内收养程序。我们也有公证材料。公证书上标明了是亲属收养。 收养发生在她十三岁。她通过B2来美之后，转成了F1在私立学校学习. 今年夏天我们就生活在两年了。打算7月份给她递交转身份申请材料。我们绿卡。
有几个问题想咨询一下：
1. 以上程序符合这边的要求吗？
-If you adopted the child when you were a green card holder (i.e. Chinese citizen), then it is fine. Otherwise, if you were a US citizen when adopting the child, then the adoption may not be accepted by USCIS unless you have followed the Hague Adoption Process to adopt the child.
你觉得是否应该请律师来做申请材料？或者自己做材料不是很难？
2.是否一旦递交材料，她就可以赚到公立学校了，从今年九月份？
-Technically, when she files I-485, she apply for the adavnce parole (AP) at the same time, and then she can travel outside US and use AP to reenter US. Thus, she will become a parolee and can go to the public school.
