请问8老师：file I 130 and I 485 togher or seperately

Hi Dear Mr. 8,

I am US citizen, and wanted to apply green card for my parents (who holds B visa and in US currently). Should I file I 130 and I 485 togher or seperately? What is the benifit of filing together or seperately? I saw most people file them together.
