Hi! I am filling I-130 for F2A. Couple questions. Thanks!

1. Need the birth certificate of spouse in China right now?

-Yes. It is needed for I-130 filing. Photo copy is enough.

or wait when fill I-485?

2. Need our original marriage ceritficate?

Copy is okay?-Yes.
