我目前拿的是学校的H1B签证，到下个月中旬即2月15日到期。现在拿到了新的学校的offer，但是H1B transfer的手续2月15号之前应该没办法办好，

所以就出现了一段时间的gap。我准备在现有H1b到期之前（2月15日）同时提交I-140和485concurrent，以解决这个gap的问题。但是现在不知道应该在哪里提交140+485，因为新旧学校处在两个不同的区（一个tsc 一个nsc）
-The I-485 filing does not solve your H-1 status gap. I-485 filing just allow you to saty in US legally, and you have to have EAD to work. If you can not file H-1 transfer before your current H-1 I-94 expires, your H-1 trnsfer will be approved, but the approval will have no I-94. So, you have to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back if you want to use H-1 status to work. This is irrelevant to I-485 filing.
1）我如果在现在的居住地 （nsc）提交， 因为交完后马上就要搬家，mailing address就会变动。地址变更到tsc后，case会不会也转到tsc？
-Do you mean your I-140/I-485 filing? If so, you need to update your address (online or calling) for your cases after you get the receipt. You also need to file AR-11 online or mail. If you means H-1 transfer, it does not matter to your address change because the H-1 is filed by your employer, and the USCIS letter will be mailed to the employer/lawyer.
另外听说uscis更新住址比较慢，中间可能会有一段时间收不到邮件。
2）如果在新的居住地提交到tsc， 我就必须用新的offer letter，但是H1B的签证还是原来学校给申请的，这种情况会不会对140/485的审批造成影响呢？
