诚心请教8老师：I-130表要求的公证书可以交复印件吗？

诚心请教8老师，我正要交I-130表给父母办绿卡。父母现在在国内。

USCIS的网页（https://www.uscis.gov/family/family-us-citizens/parents/bringing-parents-live-united-states-permanent-residents）要求同时提交以下文件：

•A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother's name
•A copy of your parents’civil marriage certificate

请问：

1. 以上文件是不是提交公证(Notarial Certificate)，比如我的出生公证和父母的结婚公证就好？需不需要提交一份父母的结婚证复印件？

2. 公证是必须提交原件呢，还是复印件就好？原件在国内，可不可以他们把公证扫描了然后电邮给我？
