Have a few N-400 form questions to consult with our immigration guru Prof. 8: 

1. Application basis

I have already had green card for 5 years (also still married with my US citizen spouse for 5 years), should I file my N-400 form as 1) regular non-marriage based application

-This is better/simpler because you don't need to prove your true marriage.

or 2) marriage based application?

 

2. Traffic ticket (closed) and license suspension (Cleared)

I have one speeding ticket (closed now) and 1 driver license suspension ( due to a late payment of hearing rescheduling fee, cleared on the same day after payment received by DMV), for N-400 Part 11 Item 23, “ Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer “and item 25, “Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense”, should I select “ Yes” or “No” for these two items?

-Say "No" to all two.
