 请教，父亲到当地移民局交中国和美国的无犯罪记录时，是怎样一个过程，要做什么事情，当地移民官会问什么问题?

-Just show the RFE to the IO and then, provide what the RFE asked. Don't forget to make the copy of all the documents for yourself, and if possible, you had better ask the IO to give you a receipt for your submission of the documents for the RFE.
