我妈过世了，现在为我爸申请绿卡。填写I-130/I-485的时候，碰到一些问题。

 

I-130: Section C Information about your relative:

       6. Married Status:  应该填写"Widowed", 而不是 "Married"， 对吧？

       17： List spouse and all children of your relatives:

这里需要把子女列出来。但需要把过世的配偶列在其中吗？这里的"spouse"是包括过世的配偶吗？

-No.

 I-485: Part, B: List your present spouse and all of your children (include adult sons and daughters).

同样，这里“present spouse"需要包括过世的配偶吗？

-No. Your mother is considered as your father's "former spouse", not "present spouse". Technically, he is single now.
