我这种情况（eb5投资通过526之后在美国境内11-1日申请了b2旅游签证通过485转换身份。i94是2016-2-17日。明年6月份排期到期。）
1、小孩可以凭借EAD上公立学校嘛（本地公立不收国际生，因为只有b2 visa）
-No. I suggest that your child can file I-131 to apply for advance parole (AP), then go outside US and use AP to reenter US. Thus, your child' status will become a parolee, and can go to the school for study. Your child go to teh local USCIS toappy for the emergency AP if it is urgent.
2、是否可以上奥巴马保险，也是拿EAD证明身份吗？（递交485之前只能买国际旅游险）
