我朋友5月之前B2(旅游)签证来美,因突然想要计划在美国办公司可能需要延期.有几个相关问题:

1) 可以从B2(旅游)延期成B1(商业)吗?

-No. He only can apply for B-2 extension.

拒签可能性大吗?

2) 或成或拒,是否会影响以后来美签证?

-If it is denied after the old I-94 expires, then he needs to leaves US immediatley (within one month), and it should not affect him to apply for a new visa to reenter US. But his old/current visa stamp will be void even if it does not expire, so he needs to apply for a new visa to enter US.

3) 现在只有1个月了,是不是太晚了(I539建议45天前)?

-Fine.
