请问8 老师

我养母现在已经91 岁了，国内也没有什么亲人了。现在拿了10 年的旅游签证来美国，我能一直给她申请延长吗？可以申请一年的延长吗？还有，如果申请绿卡，91岁老人会被批准吗？请问8 老师还有什么方法能让她合法居住呢？万分感谢！
