哥哥的儿子，我的侄子，今年11岁，等排期到了超过21岁，是不是只要还是未婚就没问题？

-Depends on the CSPA age.

CSPA age = the child actual age when the priority date is current - I-130 pending dates.

If CSPA age is < 21, then the child is not age-out, and can apply for the immigrant visa together with the father.
