请问：自己是公民身份.父母在美１０年B2签证已经入境４个月了，希望能够再继续呆半年，听说延期成功率不大，是吗？

-Not true.

如果，为了拖延时间，把材料递交上去，以求pending期间合法停留，是走５３９延期，还是走申请绿卡道路？哪个成功率大？

-If they don't want to stay in US permanently, they just need to file I-539 to extend their B-2 status. But if they want to stay in US permanently, then you may sponsor their green card.
