Happy new year! My husband filed 485 the same time as I did mine through my employment 485. Please advise if he belong to family based 485 or employment based 485- as this will determine where we send his EAD application. Thank you!

-It is employment-based, the same as yours. He needs to provide the copy of his I-485 receipt for EAD application. No I-765 filing fee.
