- Copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action for the original petition (e.g. I-140 or I-130 approval notice)
and copy of the application for immigrant status (i.e. copy of your spouse filed I-485 application/Form).
By the way, NVC will contact you and send you instructuions after USCIS approve your I-824
