Teacher 8, Please help

Hello teacher 8. 

I have applied I-485(without applying EAD or AP) and took my fingerprints test. Currently, I am working with my OPT status (expiring next August). Now I would like to apply for my EAD and AP, will this action affect anything? 

Is there any time limit for my 485 EAD? If I apply now, when would usually the start time?
