我们之前都是B身份。我太太先申请了B转F1（我转F2), 几天后我申请B转F1（我太太转F2）。假如她的先批下来，而我的后被拒，请问我们会是什么身份？
-Both of you filed two applications, respectively. For each of you, the status depends on which applicaiton is approved last. For example, if your F-1 is approved first, and your F-2 is approved later, then your status is F-2. Of course, if only one application is approved and another is denied, then your status is the approved one. If both of your personal applicaiton is denioed, then you have to leave US.
Same principle also applies to your wife.
