8老师，不好意思又麻烦您了！受益人持F1签证，现在正在写论文，学校已经批准其为part-time student。而递交I-485表格时是需要F1全日制的。是否因为受益人的part-time student身份而不能在境内申请调整身份？期望您在百忙之中抽空回答一下。万分感谢！
-There is not part-ime F-1 student. However, based F-1 rule, you don't need to register full-time course load at your last semester due to 写论文 and your are still considered as ull-time F-1 student. So you need to ask your school International Student Office to make ure they still consider you as a full time F-1 student in SEVIS, just in case. So, you have no ptoblem to file I-485 but you have to graduate wen your last semester ends (no more -1 extension).
