本人加拿大公民，如果在美国找到工作，以TN的身份工作，老公是H1B，我可以在以TN的身份工作的同时申请H4和EAD吗？

-No. You can apply for change of status fromTN to H-4 and apply for H-4 EAD at the same time or applyf or EAD after you become an H-4 holder if you meet the  H-4 EAD requirements (not all H-4 holders can apply for EAD).

等H4下来后就把TN转成H4,这样做可以吗？
