请教8老师，已收到I-797，告知I-130申请已经批准，但是不能提起调整身份申请。申请人是绿卡持有者，受益人持F-1签证，现在美国境内。为什么I-130批准了，却不能调整身份？

-Your priority date (PD) has to be current, then the beneficiary can file I-485. Check the Visa Bulleitn every month to see whether your PD is current at this website:
