请教８老师，请问再递交Ｉ－１３０表的时候要说明原来提交过吗？（表里有个这样的问题）

“请教各位老师，我现在在美国加上班，是TN， 孩子是TD，要通过老公申请绿卡的话，是只要提交 Form I-485吗？原来不在美国的时候，劳工提交过I-130，后来申请TN的时候把那个撤回了。

-If your spouse is a US citizen, he can file a new I-130 and you and your child can file I-485 together. The old I-130 is void because it was withdrawn.“

 

 

如果我现在再提交Ｉ－１３０，里面问原来是不是提交过Ｉ－１３０和结果如何，需要填吗？是填withdrawn了？
