Do you mean your total household size is 5, incuding your family, your sister's family and your brother's family? If yes, then the 125% of the Poverty Guideline is $35,512. Because your income is just $15,000, you still need 5 x (35,512 - 15,000) = $102,560 in cash (e.g. bank deposit, stock, or other types of property).
